Each day of the week, one class also gets an English games session. Therefore, we have been coming up with our own rules and pledges which will keep our games classes relaxed, so each member of the class can enjoy them. I think it's important for the children to come up with their own pledges because then they have more ownership over their sessions.

In ESO and BAT, normal routine has gone out of the window this week as many of the students and teachers have been involved with the exchange programmes. Students from countries as far as Poland, Germany, France and The Netherlands have come to visit our school and the city to enrich our students with their language and culture, as well as being able to take some of Barcelona's 'flavour' back with them. For myself, as a conversation assistant, I have enjoyed taking some classes by myself when the English teachers have been helping with the exchange. We have enjoyed class discussions and debates to help improve the students on-the-spot thinking and language skills, and also to have practice in group discussions.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
