In these videos, students of 6th groups were asked to explain their most recent Summem project.

In their groups, students were asked to make a model explaining different natural phenomena such as volcanoes, earthquakes, and the movement of tectonic plates. The students were asked to explain what causes these natural events in their model and to label each of their diagrams with the corresponding scientific terms in English. With this activity students were able to understand more complex English vocabulary regarding natural science phenomena, while also working together to create detailed models of their respective events. They were also able to integrate the use of connecting words to explain the order of the process they follow to make the model, as well as the use of imperatives to explain their instructions.
